Example Program for ALPHA Series

7. Warm-up of Molding Machine

In this example a heating circuit for a molding machine is started as prior warm-up so that the machine can work fully after it starts molding. The ALPHA series' Time Switch is used to operate the heating circuit of the molding machine.

Contents of Control:

  1. When the continuous mode switch (S1) is set ON, the heating circuit of the molding machine operates.
  2. When the Monday to Friday switch (S2) is set ON, the heating circuit of the molding machine operates on Monday through Friday from 7:50 to 20:30.
  3. When the Saturday switch (S3) is set ON, the heating circuit of the molding machine operates on Saturday from 7:50 to 16:30.
  4. When the stop switch (S4) is set ON, the heating circuit of the molding machine stops operating. Setting one of the mode switches (continuous mode, Monday to Friday, Saturday) restarts the operation.
